3. Arrange your payment
- Send your order to the committee. Confirm availability and any artwork deadlines or cancellation terms before paying.
- Transfer the confirmed total to the club account. Check the account name in your banking app. Use your order reference as the transfer narration where possible.
- Send your payment receipt in WhatsApp. The committee will verify payment and issue your booking or placement confirmation.

An order reference helps the committee match your request. It is not a confirmed reservation, receipt, or admission ticket.
Before you book
What does each purchase cover?
The ticket is the installation access fee shown on the flyer. Programme advertisements, goodwill messages, and red-carpet logo placement are separate purchases. An advert or message does not include event admission unless the committee confirms otherwise.
How do I send artwork or goodwill wording?
Include your draft wording in the order notes. After the committee confirms your placement, send the final artwork or text directly in WhatsApp. The committee will confirm dimensions, file format, submission deadline, and approval.
Is an advertisement a Rotary endorsement?
No. Advertisement or sponsor recognition does not imply endorsement of a business, product, or service by Rotary International. Use of Rotary names and logos remains subject to Rotary’s brand rules.
What do these payments support?
These are charges for installation admission and the advertising or recognition options shown on the flyer. Contact the committee for the event budget and any allocation to club service projects. This page makes no charitable tax-deductibility claim.
Refunds, cancellation, and availability
Ask the installation committee to confirm availability, the cancellation and refund arrangements, and the publication deadline before you transfer money. These terms have not been supplied to the website.
