How we handle enquiries.
Membership enquiries, installation requests and transfer notices are saved to the club’s private database when you submit them. The forms do not process card payments.
WhatsApp enquiries
If you choose to open a WhatsApp link, the details shown in your review are included in a pre-filled message to the named club contact. WhatsApp handles that link and message under its own policies. You choose whether to send it.
Club follow-up
After you send a message, the recipient can use it to respond to your enquiry or refer it to the appropriate club officer. For questions about messages already sent, corrections, retention, or deletion, contact that recipient directly.
Website tracking and access
The site’s own code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage for form details. The hosting provider and external services may handle technical or account data under their own policies. The public website does not require a login. Club administrators sign in separately with email and password.

Membership enquiries, installation requests and transfer notices are saved in the club’s hosted database. Authorised administrators can review your contact details and request to follow up and manage club activities.
Do not submit card numbers, passwords, OTPs or full bank statements. Transfer notices require manual verification. Contact rotaryclubphmotherandchild@gmail.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion.
Admin access uses an essential secure session cookie. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
